Giller Prize-winning novelist Elizabeth Hay headlines the Annual Toronto fundraiser for Patronato Pro Niños.
Hay, who was a featured writer at the San Miguel Writer’s Festival in 2016, will read from her recently published book All Things Consoled. This memoir of her parent’s death won the 2018 Hilary Weston Writer’s Trust Prize for non-fiction.
The event takes place at the Palmerston Library Auditorium in Toronto. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the event starts at 7 p.m. A reception follows at the same location.
