| One of the services AMISTAD CANADA offers our Project Partner NGOs is the occasional opportunity to communicate with the entire community of AC donors and supporters. To avoid overwhelming you, each NGO is allowed one such communication a year. This email is from FEED THE HUNGRY SMA. |
 BEHIND THE SCENES at Feed the Hungry SMA |
| Feed The Hungry SMA and Amistad Canada invite you go ‘Behind the Scenes’ at the FTH Warehouse where the magic begins! For it’s there that provisions for nutritional hot lunches for children are organized and healthy eating programs are developed. FTH now operates kitchens in the schools of 37 communities, provides food to beneficiaries of 7 other urban NGOs, and runs extended food programs in 3 poor communities where schools don’t operate regularly. They serve over 5,000 meals every school day. Amistad Canada, through our Angel Kitchens Project, provides funding for four schools and we are thrilled to announce that a donor is generously providing funds to start up two more Angel kitchens!
